If you enjoy the class, tips are appreciated via Venmo @WillHansen but are not required. I want to make this accessible to everyone, and in times like these, those struggling financially can benefit the most from having fun and getting active in a supportive group environment such as this. And if you know someone who you think would enjoy it as well, share the Facebook event series with them!
Workouts can be adjusted no matter your level! Bluetooth headphones are recommended for audio quality and you're welcome to add your own music when doing so.

THURSDAY 4:30 PM EDT - "Old School" Training - Bring a backpack filled with heavy things to build strength without needing all the fancy gym dumbbells!

#5: Do Good! I serve on the Boston Young Professionals Board of national nonprofit Good Sports, Inc. Good Sports helps underserved kids have the opportunity to play sports and develop the lifelong habit of physical activity by donating equipment, apparel, and footwear to those most in need. I've seen the impact of their work and this cause matters a lot to me; now you can join in the cause just by working out! Until April 22, Under Armour has partnered with Good Sports to donate up to $1 million based on how many people log their workouts in their MyFitnessPal or MapMyRun apps. Whenever you complete one of these workouts, or any other, please think of Good Sports and log it in the app! You only need to do 12 workouts between March 23rd (workouts can be applied retroactively) and April 22 to maximize your contribution. #KidsWhoPlayDoBetter
